A batch of A445 gloves, imported by Portwest in Europe and UK, and manufactured by a third-party, have recently been identified as containing levels of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) exceeding the limit set out in Annex XVII, Point 51, of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (the REACH Regulation).



As you have purchased this product from us during the year 2025, we are taking precautionary action. We kindly request that you do not sell any further stock of this product and contact your sales manager to arrange a credit for any stock you have currently in stock.

There have been no reports of personal injury relating to this product, and no other products are affected.
