Information we may collect and what we do with this information:
Correspondence Addresses – postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses, for the purpose of sales & marketing promotions, communication of order & accounts documentation and general correspondence. When you sign up to our sales & marketing mailing list you implicitly confirm that you are happy to receive such correspondence from Portwest. To opt out please e-mail [email protected]. This information is available to Portwest only and not to any third party.
Browsing History - We compile a report of what you searched for on our website and this information is given to your Portwest Area Sales Manager, so they may better deal with your enquiries.
Purchase History - Some of the information we store is related to your purchase history. It is private to you, to Portwest staff and to no one else.
Logon Credentials-We store a special code that is unique to your logon, so that when you place an order we know it is you and no one else. This saves you having to enter a lot more information when you place the order.
Customers who provide any information to Portwest may at any time request a copy of any personal information we may retain on file relating to them.
Please note your Debit Card or Credit Card information is not retained by Portwest, rather it is encrypted and transferred securely to Realex Payments, a secure online payments provider using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
